Bilingual call centreBy developing a skilled workforce employers and employees can work towards the linguistic sustainability of their local community. This guidance sets out the context and covers matters concerning:

  • The responsibilities of public bodies
  • Planning for a bilingual workforce
  • Standard policies and practices
  • Interpretation of the legal position

This guidance is aimed primarily at the public sector and it is relevant to every public body which implements a statutory Welsh language Scheme. Much of what is included in this guidance applies as best practice to employers in general.
