On the right hand side of this page there are details of the Complaints and Statutory Investigations Panel and lists of:

There is also a link to the Board’s compliance scheme. The purpose of this is to explain to service users; public bodies and other parties how the Welsh Language Board will exercise its statutory powers in order to ensure compliance with Welsh language schemes.
