Establishing a system for bilingual working will take a little time, but once established the system should operate effectively – exactly like any management system.

Bilingualism should be part of normal time planning: publication dates, times of meetings, work schedules and so on. Overlooking bilingualism and then adding it as an afterthought is what is expensive in terms of time and money.
