WELSH LANGUAGE BOARD VISION

 We want:

• A fully bilingual Wales where Welsh and English are treated equally.
• More people to choose to use Welsh when ever possible.
• The people of Wales to continue to be proud of the Welsh language.
• To encourage Welsh speakers to transmit Welsh from generation to generation and make it easier for learners to learn Welsh.
• The Board to be an innovative organisation which continues to lead the way in language planning both in Wales and worldwide, basing its activities on evidence.
